We collect personal and professional details, photographs, ID proof and payment references only to process membership applications and issue credentials.

ID documents and payment evidence are stored privately and are visible only to authorised association reviewers. They are never shown publicly or through QR verification.

Public directory and verification pages show only approved, non-sensitive details such as name, membership number, designation, organisation and validity.

You may request correction or deletion of your data by emailing the association at admin@tmspja.com.
